Resepti\u00e4 voi suositella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ainekset<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ljy\u00e4<br \/>\n1 iso sipuli<br \/>\n2 tuoretta vihre\u00e4\u00e4 chili\u00e4<br \/>\n1, 5 cm pala inkiv\u00e4\u00e4ri\u00e4<br \/>\n3 valkosipulinkyntt\u00e4, kuorittuna<br \/>\n\u00bd  tl punaista chilijauhetta<br \/>\n1 tl kurkumaa<br \/>\n2 tl garam masalaa<br \/>\n1 rkl fariinisokeria<br \/>\n1 rkl tomaattisosetta<br \/>\n400g tomaattimurskaa<br \/>\nkanaa 600 grammaa (suikaleita, koipia tai mit\u00e4 vaan periaatteessa)<br \/>\n10 kuivattua curry-lehte\u00e4 tai curryjauhetta<br \/>\n4-6 rkl maustamatonta jogurttia<br \/>\nkourallinen tuoretta korianteria <\/p>\n<p><strong>Valmistus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuumensin kaksi ruokalusikallista \u00f6ljy\u00e4 pannulla. Silppusin sipulin ja paistoin \u00f6ljyss\u00e4. Samalla pilkoin chilin, inkiv\u00e4\u00e4rin ja lis\u00e4sin ne kuumalle pannulle. Murskasin valkosipulin, lis\u00e4sin pannulle pariksi minuutiksi. <\/p>\n<p>Lis\u00e4sin chilijauheen, kurkuman, garam masalan ja sokerin. Keitin pari minuuttia. Sitten lis\u00e4sin tomaattipyreen ja tomaattimurskan ja annoin kiehua muutaman minuutin.<\/p>\n<p>Heitin ainekset monitoimikoneeseen ja m\u00f6yhensin tasaiseksi. Lis\u00e4sin ruokalusikallisen \u00f6ljy\u00e4 pannulle ja paistoin broilerinpalat niin, ett\u00e4 niihin tuli hivenen v\u00e4ri\u00e4. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 on hyv\u00e4 muistaa, ett\u00e4 ei miss\u00e4\u00e4n nimess\u00e4 kaikkia kanoja kerralla pannulle etteiv\u00e4t ne ala keittym\u00e4\u00e4n. Kaadoin sekaan kastikkeen monitoimikoneesta ja lis\u00e4sin curryn. Haudutin noin tunnin jotta kanasta tuli mureaa.
